Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with at least 2 years of experience in IT services sales, digital marketing services, or online media solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service-based sales, with proven expertise in international client acquisition. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mysore, with flexibility required for night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT and digital services sectors.
- Generate qualified leads through research, cold outreach, and online platforms.
- Acquire and manage international clients, ensuring a consistent inflow of global business.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, project management, and operations to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
- Attend client meetings, prepare proposals, and participate in contract negotiations.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide regular performance reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT services or digital marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in service-based sales and acquiring international clients.
- Strong understanding of global market dynamics and B2B sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work night shifts to support global clients.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Mysore.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Sales certifications or additional training in business development is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in international IT sales or digital agency environments.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
- Knowledge of online lead generation tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch).
